Dr Wart Hoover grew up listening to music in the 70's. After making a promising start at University Radio Falmer, work and family pressed a "pause" on radio for 30 years. Having joined Severn FM, The Doc discovered that most of the music he loved was built on The Blues, so launched a programme celebrating the vast broadness of the genre. This has become "Blues From The Severn Delta" (the River Severn flows past The Doc's home town to the sea)
