The Blues Show with Bob and Norm first aired in late January 2003 and since then there has been a two hour Blues show every Monday night on Gtfm radio based in South Wales. In April 2016 Bob moved on and Norm went solo with the renamed Red Hot and Blues Show continuing to play the best in blues from then and now.
Each week we search our extensive vinyl library vault for classic albums to choose a rare or little know gem and present it in pure Analog directly off the album. It takes over three hours to produce a one hour show in the studio.
I first became interested in music as a boy when my Dad and I would listen to his records and I’ve always loved all kinds of music.The first band I saw live was Steppenwolf and ‘The Blues’ hit me big time when I first heard ‘Who Do You Love’ by Juicy Lucy and ‘Statesboro Blues’ by The Allman Brothers.Over the last forty six years I have spent every moment I could listening to music and seeing literally thousands of artists.
